A team out of SF have created a platform that allows masses to essentially push mandatory arbitration clauses back in ‘enterprises faces’ – making them have a visceral gut reaction. I have to admit, it puts the power back in the hands of the consumer and I kind of like it. For so long companies have had the upper hand – the coin looks to have flipped for the better.
